The 56-Day Challenge

Camp out on the bikes, the rowers, on a
heavy bag or on a step, but just don't camp
out on that couch any longer!! We want to help
you lose the weight... for good. Join us for an 8 week
challenge to get healthy. You can plan on working out
4 days a week, strength training 2 days a week
participating in cooking classes, and fitness
challenges just like you've seen on the
Biggest Loser. We will learn the
nutritional value in different
foods, experiment with
new recipes and
challenge you
to reach for the next
fitness level. You will be a
member of either the red team
or the blue team. No eliminations, so
plan to stick it out for all 8 weeks! You will do
more than you ever thought or imagined possible.
The person who has made the most significant changes
at the end of 56 days will win a free makeover!!

Camp Fee $300 which includes a 'before' and 'after' body fat composition
