Personal Training/Fitness Coach
I love working with people one on one. I work with elite athletes and the morbidly obese. Personal training is one way that I can help you identify your goals and develop a plan to pursue them. It is an excellent way to implement lifestyle behavior changes and address issues that are preventing you from achieving your goals.
Personal Training will take you beyond the normal fitness routine and provide you with the most effective and time efficient workout available. It is an excellent way for us to focus on your individual issues and to make lifestyle changes that will allow you to see results quickly. Individual program design includes strength training, muscle toning, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balance and conditioning that is specific to you. Fees
Individual sessions: $35 for a 55 minute session
Multiple Sessions: $30 for 4 or more sessions. Payable in advance.
